Job Description
- Create, launch, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok Ads
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to increase conversions.
- Track ads performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular ads performance reports and recommendations.
- Develop campaigns aimed at increasing online sales and customer retention.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging media channels.
- Recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets responsibly.
- Monitor spending and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets.
- Prepare budget utilization reports and forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, mass communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and advertising dashboards.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Understanding of customer acquisition and conversion optimization.
