Job Description
- Promote and generate demand for company products.
- Visit hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, laboratories, PPMVs and distributors within assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly sales and coverage targets.
- Identify and recruit new customers.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Participate in product launches, exhibitions and promotional campaigns.
- A minimum of an OND in B.Pharm or Pharm.D in biomedical Sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, medical sciences or related disciplines
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a medical representative, sales representative or pharmaceutical sales executive.
- Must reside in or be very familiar with the state of application.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence and be able to drive confidently.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and smartphone-based reporting tools.
- Previous experience working with pharmaceutical companies.
- Existing relationships with pharmacies, hospitals and distributors within assigned territory.
- Knowledge of antimalarial and anti-infective product promotion.
