Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Create innovative cocktail and mocktail menus.
- Ensure bar cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage bar inventory and report stock shortages.
- Engage guests professionally and provide beverage recommendations.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Assist in promoting bar sales and special events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a mixologist or bartender.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000 Monthly
