Mixologist

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  
• Create innovative cocktail and mocktail menus.
  
• Ensure bar cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
  
• Manage bar inventory and report stock shortages.
  
• Engage guests professionally and provide beverage recommendations.
  
• Ensure responsible alcohol service.
  
• Assist in promoting bar sales and special events.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of  experience as a mixologist or bartender.
  
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages.
  
• Excellent customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000 Monthly
