Operations - Quality Controller - Zanzibar

We are looking for Operations - Quality Controller.

Purpose of the Role:

• To ensure that all company vehicles, workshop activities, and operational processes meet the required safety, quality, and performance standards, supporting smooth and reliable daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of all company vehicles (cleanliness, stickers, air freshener, bins, seats, etc. - daily/weekly checks)
• Ensuring drivers are always looking presentable (groomed, clean uniform, clean shoes, etc.)
• Ensure vehicles are roadworthy, clean and compliant with company standards
• Monitor and verify that all repairs and maintenance are properly completed
• Identify and report damages, defects, or irregularities immediately
• Supervise workshop activities to ensure quality of repairs and servicing
• Ensure all work is completed within acceptable timelines
• Monitor mechanic performance and accountability
• Ensure all accidents, damages and breakdowns are reported immediately
• Investigate incidents and prepare clear, factual reports
• Follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Monitor daily operations to ensure service delivery standards are met
• Conduct spot checks on drivers, transfers, and excursions
• Ensure drivers adhere to: Reporting procedures, Vehicle care standards, Company policies
