Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Sign in operators, conduct morning briefings, and confirm bike/battery readiness.
• Monitor operator movements, resolve delivery or payment issues, and manage escalations.
• Manage vehicles, EV batteries, and operational kits; raise maintenance needs early
• Reconcile POS and transfer payments daily.
• Liaise with Local Government agencies and law enforcement officers
• Submit daily reports: deliveries, revenue, incidents, attendance, and performance
• Enforce minimum daily trip targets and ensure policy compliance
• Support rider coaching, discipline, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• A minimum of an HND in any discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or fleet supervision.
• Experience with Uber, Bolt, MAX, Gokada, or dispatch operations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy: delivery apps, navigation, POS, and basic reporting.

Work Environment:

• Flexible hours, but operators start early and close late, and so the supervisor will often have to.
• Weekends or holidays may apply.

Location: Lagos Mainland (The applicant must be resident on the mainland, preferably near the Surulere axis)
