- 25 to 30 years of age
- Should Live at Alakahia and Environs Diploma or certificate in baking/pastry arts
- 2+ years of experience in a bakery or pastry shop
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management
- Teamwork
- Great Communication skills
