Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Maintain confidential records and provide general administrative support.
  • Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, expense reports, and payment documentation.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable and assist with bank reconciliations.
  • Manage petty cash and support budgeting and expenditure tracking.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.


Requirements: 

  • Minimum of an ND in Accounting. 
  • 2 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Accounting Support role.
