Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Maintain confidential records and provide general administrative support.
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, expense reports, and payment documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and assist with bank reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and support budgeting and expenditure tracking.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an ND in Accounting.
- 2 years' experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Accounting Support role.
