Requirements

• Education and Qualification: BSc/ B. Tech/ B. Eng. – Chemical / Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Experience and Training
• Experience: 3 – 5 years minimum experience in FMCG, preferably a foods processing environment
• Skills/Characteristics: Attention to detail, Logical Problem Solving, Cost Mindset, Good written and verbal communication
• Characteristic: Technical minded, Stakeholder management, Self-initiative, Rigour for Excellence, Problem Solving

Requirements

• Lead Focused Improvement Projects
• Conduct process studies to ascertain sources of waste
• Implement countermeasures from make to pack
• Design specific short interval Controls
• Lead Best Practices implementation
• Conduct training of staff on Lean Tools (5S, Problem solving tools, OEE Framework)
• Perform SHEQ risk assessments (e.g., HAZOP, HACCP)
• Compile Project Briefs/proposals for Capital Expenditure Budgeting
• Oversee procurement and equipment pre-assembly
• Ensure comprehensive handover and termination
• Manage internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legislative standards
• Maintain food safety standards
• Share relevant data with management teams
