Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Production & Planning: Execute daily production schedules, optimise raw material usage, and ensure weekly/monthly manufacturing targets are met.
• Manpower Management: Supervise, train, and manage shop-floor personnel and machine operators across multiple shifts.
• Maintenance: Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing machinery to minimise downtime.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to quality control standards and factory health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5–8 years of mandatory supervisory experience strictly within the fibre cement manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or a related field).
• Hands-on operational expertise with the Hatschek process and related fibre cement machinery.
• Leadership: Strong problem-solving abilities and proven experience managing a large blue-collar workforce.
