We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Health Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing public health programs and policies that promote the health and well-being of our communities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement public health programs and policies that promote the health and well-being of our communities
• Conduct research and analysis to identify health trends and issues
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies to develop and implement public health programs
• Develop and implement health education programs for communities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of public health programs
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in public health and apply this knowledge to inform program development and implementation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Public Health or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in public health, with a focus on program development and implementation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
