Regional Area General Services Coordinator-North

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and ensure the maintenance of a world-class branch ambience across the region, including neat facades, functional facilities, and consistent internal and external aesthetics. Coordinate and track environmental upgrades, branch face-lifting, and ambience improvement initiatives through the respective AGSMs to reinforce the Bank's corporate image, brand standards, and customer experience.
• Provide regional oversight for the planning, coordination, and execution of new branch construction, renovations, adaptations, relocations, refurbishments, ATM kiosks and galleries, cladding works, and other property improvement projects. Monitor AGSMs and relevant project teams to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, adherence to approved specifications, scope, budgets, and effective handover for operational take-off.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for civil infrastructure, including roof repairs, ceiling replacements, counters, tiling, septic systems, canopy installations, and branch repainting. Supervise vendors and contractors handling building maintenance
