Supplier Vetting and Selection Process

Current and prospective suppliers are invited to participate in AIDS Counselling Trust’s (ACT) supplier vetting and selection process. Prospective vendors satisfying the predetermined vetting and selection criteria shall form part of our approved and preferred list for the year 2026.

List of Services and Supplies Required

  • Office Stationery
  • Office cleaning products and groceries
  • Computers and printers’ consumables, and other related equipment;
  • Repairs and maintenance of office furniture, buildings, vehicles, gates, and garages
  • Commodity broking (e.g. Carpentry, Building, Hairdressing and Dressmaking tools)

Requirements

  • Interested companies should meet the following requirements and provide certified copies of CR14, Certificate of Incorporation, Current tax clearance certificate, and VAT registration, which is an added advantage.

Company Profile

  • Company profile detailing: physical location and contact details; product or service list, at least 3 reputable and verifiable references, including Payment terms and Banking details
