Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Call and close orders from warm leads fast, confident, and with purpose
- Handle customer objections and turn hesitation into commitment on every call
- Follow up relentlessly on pending and undelivered orders until they are resolved
- Cross-sell complementary products to increase order value where appropriate
- Track your own deliveries and escalate logistics issues before they become problems
- Submit your daily performance report, your numbers, your blockers, your plan for tomorrow
- Record every customer interaction accurately in our CRM system
- Show up every day ready to hit your delivery rate target—this is your primary metric
The Standard:
- We operate at a minimum delivery rate of 70%. That is not a target; it is the floor.
- The closers who thrive here are the ones who treat that number as a starting point, not a ceiling.
- Your performance is tracked daily. Your growth is coached daily. Your wins are celebrated publicly.
- And if your numbers are not where they need to be, you will know immediately, and you will have support to fix it.
- We are building something serious here. We need serious people.
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience at a company that has an online presence (an e-commerce company or a health-based one can be an added advantage).
- Working with targets and proven records of you hitting and beating the target given.
- Ability to use WhatsApp Business Tools and CRM tools
- Must be able to speak to a minimum of 20+ clients a day.
- Speaking other native languages is an added advantage; working smartphones are a must.
Benefits:
- Remuneration: NGN120,000 as a basic salary for a 3-month probation period, which, after you are qualified and meet your targets in the 3 months, we increase to NGN150,000!

- We pay NGN 300 per delivered order if you hit a 70% delivery rate!
- We also pay NGN 1,000 per upsell and cross-sell you do when you get customers to buy more pieces than they ordered for or any other product you sell to the customer than the main order.
- We also pay for our weekly top 3 performers, people with the highest delivery rate in a week!
- And other bonuses, like top team and random bonuses for the team and individual.
