Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities within Port Harcourt and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct regular visits to oil and gas companies, construction firms, banks, telecommunications companies, government agencies, hospitals, and other target organisations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with administration managers, procurement managers, HR managers, logistics managers, and travel coordinators.
  • Promote room bookings, long-stay accommodation packages, meeting rooms, conference facilities, and event spaces.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, telephone calls, and direct visits.
  • Prepare and deliver corporate presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide weekly sales reports.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the hotel.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client engagements and opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate sales, business development, hotel sales, pharmaceutical sales, insurance sales, telecommunications sales, or related fields.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.


Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000 Monthly


Benefit: Commission.
