Job Description
- Identify and generate qualified leads through online and offline marketing.
- Promote and sell the company’s real estate products and services.
- Conduct property inspections and client presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and lead reports.
- A minimum of an HND qualification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and marketing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Previous experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
