The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective buyers and investors, conducting property presentations and site visits, and guiding clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective buyers, investors, and clients through various sales channels.
  • Conduct property presentations, inspections, and site visits to showcase available properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable property recommendations.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to negotiation and successful closing.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and other relevant documentation.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions using the company's CRM or reporting system.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets while staying informed about market trends, property inventory, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management, including lead generation, follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes, property valuation basics, and market research in the Abuja real estate market.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain property features and investment benefits clearly.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, client meetings, and documentation.
  • Comfort using digital tools such as CRM systems, email, and office productivity software for reporting and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
  • Previous experience in real estate, luxury sales, or high-value client services is an advantage.
