Job Description
We’re looking for highly driven Sales Executives to lead sales efforts in Abuja. Focus: Closing deals & generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through calls, visits, and presentations
- Pitch products/services and deliver compelling sales demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively
- Maintain CRM records of pipeline activities and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide post-sales support and retain key clients
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with the team
- Attend industry events and represent the company externally
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of sales or business development
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office,
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
