Job Description
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and unit sales targets.
- Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Drive the sale of luxury apartments, penthouses and serviced residences.
- Monitor sales pipelines and conversion rates to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Business Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, private investors, corporate organisations and real estate brokers.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Expand the company's client database and referral network.
- Attend industry events, networking functions and investment forums.
Team Management:
- Recruit, coach and supervise sales executives and relationship managers.
- Liase with HR to set KPIs and performance targets for the sales team.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and pipeline meetings.
- Develop sales training initiatives to improve team effectiveness.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with high-value clients and investors.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure client retention and repeat investment opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
- At least 4 years in luxury real estate sales leadership.
- Proven record of achieving multi million naira sales targets.
- Experience selling premium residential developments.
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 - 600,000 Monthly
Note: The ideal candidate must possess strong luxury real estate sales experience, exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to engage high net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, corporate executives and institutional buyers.
