Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new customers within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and bulk buyers.
  • Promote and sell the company's palm oil products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Receive and process customer orders while ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide regular feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
  • Ensure all customer payments are made directly into the company's designated account in line with company policy.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Represent the company professionally during all customer engagements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of an SSCE
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the Lagos market and surrounding territories.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned sales territories.
