Job Description
- Identify and acquire new customers within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and bulk buyers.
- Promote and sell the company's palm oil products to existing and prospective customers.
- Receive and process customer orders while ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
- Ensure all customer payments are made directly into the company's designated account in line with company policy.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
- Represent the company professionally during all customer engagements.
- Minimum of an SSCE
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Lagos market and surrounding territories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned sales territories.
