Sales Representative

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the companys dialysis products to healthcare facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists, dialysis nurses, pharmacists, procurement teams, and hospital management.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Conduct product presentations and customer training sessions.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer payments.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in medical device, dialysis, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales within the Kenyan market.
• Experience in dialysis products, renal care products, hospital consumables, medical devices, or specialty healthcare products will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Kenya.
