Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership across Engineering Services and Energy Solutions. Drive engineering standards, governance frameworks, and best practices. Lead engineering service delivery across complex, multi site operations. Oversee critical infrastructure including electrical distribution, HVAC, emergency power systems, data centres, and associated building services. Drive asset lifecycle optimisation, reliability, and operational resilience. Develop and expand engineering and energy solutions that enhance client value. Support business growth through solution design, tender support, contract mobilisation, and technical leadership. Ensure energy projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to agreed performance outcomes. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams. Ensure compliance with engineering legislation, governance standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) - Mandatory Minimum 10 years' senior engineering leadership experience Facilities Management or related engineering industry experience Experience managing large multidisciplinary engineering teams
