Job Description
The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive, ensuring efficient coordination of daily operations, meetings, communications, and executive-level engagements. The role requires a proactive, highly organized individual capable of managing confidential information, prioritizing competing demands, and acting as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Executive, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and prioritize the Executive’s calendar, ensuring optimal time management and scheduling efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Act as the first point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Executive.
- Support preparation for high-level meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Track and manage key deadlines, commitments, and priorities on behalf of the Executive.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of executive directives.
- Support special projects and ad‑hoc assignments as required.
- Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for the Executive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C‑suite executives in a reputable organization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is an added advantage.
