Reports To: Senior Manager - Cloud Business Commercial

Division: Enterprise Business

Mission:

• Lead the acquisition, drive revenue growth, and retention of Large Enterprise customers by positioning MTN's portfolio of Cloud, managed security, and managed infrastructure solutions as the preferred cloud platform, and establish MTN Nigeria as the trusted digital transformation partner of choice across Nigeria.

Description:

• Develop and manage high-value enterprise cloud opportunities.
• Lead account planning, solution design coordination, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Manage opportunity lifecycle from qualification to close, collaborating across product, technical, and customer success teams.
• Ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline coverage, and account health tracking.
• Represent MTN Cloud at external forums, industry events, and solution showcases.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM entries and opportunity records.
• Coordinate with sales enablement and marketing for pitch materials.
• Provide field insights to product and technical teams to shape the roadmap.

Education:

• First degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Cloud or Sales Certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Enterprise Selling) preferred

Experience:

6 - 13 years’ experience which includes:

• 3+ years in enterprise B2B sales or account management
• Prior experience in cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation roles preferred
• Familiarity with regulated sectors (e.g., financial services, telecom, energy)
• Frequent use of CRM, pitch platforms, and collaboration tools
