Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of our gift brand. The ideal candidate will design and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales, while reflecting the unique personality of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the brand’s social media strategy across platforms Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc..
• Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns around product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure success and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build a loyal online community.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to gifting and lifestyle.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in retail, gifting, or lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing, visual, and creative skills.
• Ability to develop campaigns that drive engagement and sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Familiarity with social media advertising platforms Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
