Job Description
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Design graphics, write compelling captions, and produce video content showcasing products and company activities.
- Generate qualified leads through social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Prepare periodic reports on social media performance and marketing ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts and running successful campaigns.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience marketing B2B, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or construction-related products will be an added advantage.
