Spare Parts Store Manager

Job Description

To lead and manage the Spare Parts Store by ensuring the effective planning, control, and optimization of spare parts inventory, maintaining accurate records and system transactions, supporting maintenance reliability through the availability of critical spares, and ensuring compliance with HSE, GMP, 5S, and operational standards. Manage end-to-end spare parts inventory activities, including receiving, identification, storage, issuance, and documentation of engineering spares. Monitor consumption trends and inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory. Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure the availability of critical spare parts for preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities. Implement inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock audits, bin location verification, and variance reconciliation. Maintain accurate spare parts records, equipment Bills of Materials (BOMs), codification systems, and master data within the ERP/CMMS platform. Ensure proper storage, preservation, and handling of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
