Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Promote and explain the company's products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Accurately update customer information in company systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Previous telesales, call center, customer service, or sales experience is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
