We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trainee to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and providing administrative support to the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel occasionally

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and providing administrative support to the recruitment team
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned by the recruitment team leader
