Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develop Annual Training Calendar plans for specific functional areas based on identified business requirements.

Coordinate and execute training programs between External Vendors, Internal Subject Matter Experts (ISMEs), Certified Learning Facilitators, and the Dangote Academy, ensuring that employees and vendors follow established guidelines and policies.

Supervise the overall management of the LMS platform and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors.

Work with the approved vendors to ensure the successful delivery of learning solutions and technology.

Review learning material from external vendors and ISME’s, and ensure that the quality meets the standards required by the Dangote Academy.

Monitor Training Coordination spends and report financial statements monthly.

Plan and Co-ordinate all Group Webinars and infosessions.

Key Requirements

  • 6-8 years working in a training and coordination role.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • People development skills.
  • Report Writing

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project) and Power BI
