Ms. Patience Buhikire is the Acting Commissioner Legal Services. She has previously served in an acting capacity whenever substantive Commissioners were away on official duty or leave, ensuring stability and seamless operations. In her new role, she will oversee the Bureau’s legal and board affairs, guaranteeing continuity, regulatory compliance, effective governance support, and the provision of sound legal guidance in the execution of URSB’s mandate.
