Job Description:

Job Purpose To ensure food safety and quality compliance by managing non-conformances, resolving product and process issues and implementing corrective actions. It involves overseeing QC activities, audits, and documentation to maintain compliance with food safety standards, this also includes driving continuous improvement while ensuring strong factory hygiene, process control, and operational compliance. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve microbiological, quality, and food safety issues across products, components, and processes Manage non-conformances, customer complaints, RTVs, and shelf-life issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions Conduct internal audits, maintain audit schedules, and ensure completion of NCRs by relevant teams and suppliers Maintain supplier assurance, liaise with customers, and provide regular reporting and trend analysis Oversee QC activities, supervise QC teams, and verify processes including daily CCP checks Maintain and update food safety documentation, systems, policies, and ensure compliance with FSQ standards Conduct training, traceability tests, and mock recalls to ensure operational readiness Ensure factory compliance through inspections, hygiene enforcement, deep-clean
