Soonjust Logistics Zambia Limited is seeking a qualified and motivated Human Resource professional to support full HR operations in a fast-growing logistics environment. Manage end-to-end HR functions, Handle payroll, NHIMA and NAPSA processes, Manage employee relations, compliance, and legal cases, Coordinate with government institutions and ensure regulatory compliance, Support recruitment, especially cross-border drivers, Handle insurance matters and general HR duties.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years HR experience or Admin Experiance (logistics/transport preferred)
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management Business Administration or any related
- Knowledge of Zambian labour laws, NHIMA & NAPSA systems
- Strong communication, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; good English is an added advantage
