This position is responsible for performing all the optimal operation and functioning of all infrastructure in the factory/ plant.

Qualification Requirements:
Grade 12

Experience Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in plant operations. • 3-5 years’ experience in a production environment (FMCG)

Skills and Competencies:
• Responsible for a line or group of machines or a hall e.g. HB • Conducts problem solving with the supervisor or in supervisor’s absence – Yellow Belt • Stands in for the supervisor in management meetings • Responsible for overall process/hall autonomous maintenance • Responsible for ordering of materials – second signatory at stores • Responsible for his/area stock balancing • Responsible for calling out artisan in the absence of the supervisor – possesses some technical understanding • Conducts invocoms
